Teens - come learn crochet basics from Lauren! Want to learn how to read a pattern but don't know where to start? Or maybe you know some basics and want to try amigurumi?

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.
