Trusting Your Gut: Digestive Health and Knowing What's Inside. Do you always trust your guy? Gut health plays a vital role in the overall health of the human body's immune system, hormones, and so much more.

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.

Chroma Kids: Art and Fun Crafts;

Recommended ages 5-9 years.--DROP IN between 2:00 and 4:00 all summer long for a quick, fun afternoon craft.

Rock Painting: This class will feature techniques and applied practices to painting rocks with colorful designs and pictures. Adults only please.

Computer Basics: 101 class for adults will cover the foundations of using a computer. Topics included are: Getting Started on a computer. Navigating a Website, Basic Search, and an Introduction to Email.

Memory Keepers:  Originally intended for those interested in writing memoirs or family history, this group welcomes all who love to write, including fiction, poetry, and nonfiction.  Adults only please.
