Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.

Creative Kids: Art and Fun Crafts --DROP IN after school between 3:30 - 4:30 for a quick, fun afternoon craft.

Recommended ages 5-9 years. FREE!  No Registration required.

Adult class to meet up and work on various projects brought in by the attendees. Bring something you are working on and your supplies. The group will discuss, help, and advise if requested as we share time for creating during the busy week.

PRESCHOOL Storytime for children ages 3-6 years.   

Get your child Ready to Read with Storytime!  Fingerplays, songs, and books together with you and your preschooler.

Learn to type on a computer at your own pace with help from a library tech staff member. Improve your typing skills and speed by following along. 

In this new series, our attendees will get some good on-on-one time with therapy dogs while we explore flowers. Attendees may want to work on tricks or just settle in for some petting time with our furry friends.

Tweens (ages 8-12) are invited to join library staff as they lead a one-shot Role-Playing Game adventure in a fantasy world. First time players and experienced players are both welcome!

With a focus on the connection between breath and movement, this practice will offer a gentle warm-up followed by a flow that will strengthen and stretch the body while also working on balance.

Book Talk. Join us for this casual book discussion which discusses both fiction and non-fiction works. You are welcome to bring your own lunch to enjoy while we chat. This month we are discussing The Swerve by Stephen Greenblatt.

Tweens!  DIY some Fidget toys- we have lots of supplies to design your favorite fidget.

The Recording Studio Orientation is a required class that patrons have to take before being able to reserve the Recording Studio. Please register for this class to start using this great free service.

Teens (Ages 12-18) can come and join in a short, one-shot campaign of Dungeons and Dragons.

Gentle Yoga Flow.  Grab your yoga gear and head to the Scott County Public Library for a mindful practice on the mat.  This yoga flow centers on gently building strength, flexibility, and balance as we practice a moving meditation.
