Are you writing a short story, novel, or just brainstorming ideas? Have an RPG campaign you want to flesh out or a character to build? 

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.
