Self Defense for Adults.  Learn how to be self-aware and protect yourself in this workshop presented by the Georgetown Police Department.  You will learn safety and awareness in various scenarios and combat techniques for when the danger

Teens (Ages 12-18) can come and join in a short, one-shot campaign of Dungeons and Dragons.

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This yoga class is suitable for all levels, especially for those with limited mobility.  Please bring a water bottle and any other yoga props you would like to class.
