Teens, come learn aspects of color theory from local artist, Holly Graham!

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.
