Trusting Your Gut: Digestive Health and Knowing What's Inside. Do you always trust your guy? Gut health plays a vital role in the overall health of the human body's immune system, hormones, and so much more.

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing.
