AARP Tax Preparation.  The AARP Foundation Tax-Aide Program will be providing free tax preparation services at the Scott County Public Library in 2025. Tax preparation will begin on February 6st and continue each Thursday through April 11th.

Tweens (ages 8-12) are invited to join library staff as they lead a one-shot Role-Playing Game adventure in a fantasy world. First time players and experienced players are both welcome!

Imagination Station: Pizza Parlor!

Children ages 2-8y will enjoy pretend play as they serve up pizza and use their imagination in our play kitchen with their friends. 

Play food, dress up, and a pizza-themed craft. 

Discover! Scribbles.  Join Julia and Yolanda in celebration of National Scribble Day with this fun exploration of creativity and exploration of art. Participants will make a small craft.

Job Fair.  As part of the statewide Job Fair Initiative, Scott County Public Library will be offering a local job fair in the community room for anyone looking for employment or employment training or aid.
