Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is an excellent way to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This yoga class is targeting for beginners, but people of all experience levels are welcome.

Beginners Bedtime Yoga. Grab your yoga gear and head to the Scott County Public Library for a revitalizing practice on the mat. This yoga flow centers on gentle stretching and restorative poses, perfect to wind down for your evening.

Join us the first Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. every month this casual book discussion where we read a mixture of everything and talk about the books we love. No registration required.
