Event Details

Chair Yoga is an excellent way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It is aimed for beginners, but those familiar with yoga are welcome to attend as well. We will do poses seated in a chair as well as standing. Please bring a water bottle and any yoga props, such as blocks, as well as wear comfortable clothing.
