Meeting Room C is the library's largest meeting space, often referred to as the Community Room, and is located just off the Art Gallery. This is a flexible space that can be divided into two separate yet connected areas. This space also offers access to a kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator and sink.
Food and drinks may be served in this room. Cups with lids are required.
Equipment
This space is equipped with 3 in-ceiling projectors, 3 projector screens, 3 laptops, podium, and a sound system. You can also request use of a presentation remote and either a clip-on, handheld, or over-the-ear microphone. With the handheld microphone, a microphone stand may also be requested. Per the Georgetown/Scott Co. Fire Marshall, this room can only have 156 occupants when using tables and 200 occupants when using chairs only.
Seating
This room offers use of thirty (30), 2'x6' rectangle tables and two-hundred (200) chairs that can be arranged in a variety of ways to suite the needs of your organization.
