Event Details
Chair Yoga is an excellent way to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This yoga class is suitable for all levels, especially for those with limited mobility. Please bring a water bottle and any other yoga props you would like to class, but mats are not necessary as this is a chair-centered flow. This program is by registration only and slots fill up fast, so please remember to register.
