Beginning Knitting Part 2: The Purl Stitch. Learn the basics of knitting in this beginner's class that introduces you to the other main stitch in knitting - the purl stitch. Participants must have previously taken Beginning Knitting Part 1 (the knit stitch) or be comfortable with that stitch before taking on this new skill. Participants are encouraged to bring their own needles (larger sizes 8 - 11 are best), but yarn will be provided along with needles to use for those who do not have their own for the class. Registration is required. Adults only please.
