Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is an excellent way to gently stretch and strengthen the body. This yoga class is targeting for beginners, but people of all experience levels are welcome.
The library occasionally uses photos, videos, and testimonials in its publicity, in social media, and on its website. You may be asked to sign a release form to allow the library to use content that you and/or your minor children (if applicable) are in.
