Event Details
With a focus on the connection between breath and movement, this practice will offer a gentle warm-up followed by a flow that will strengthen and stretch the body while also working on balance. There will be opportunities to explore some of the postures and movements - we will stop occasionally and take time for adjustments and modifications to allow each person to move more deeply into the posture as their body allows. Previous experience with yoga is helpful.
Please bring you own mat and other tools such as blocks and straps.
