VIRTUAL (YouTube and Facebook) - Whirlygig Brooches. Learn how to make a mini sculpture brooch with library assistant Amanda Daugherty. It has a center disk with curly paper edges and can be made in a variety of beautiful colors to make it wearable any time of year.
