Event Details

Tai Chi.  Tai Chi is a moving meditation conducted through a sequence of gentle movements that promote harmony between mind and body.  Registration is required and space is limited.  Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.  You will be asked to sign a waiver when you come to class as this program involves physical movement.
