Seed Library Open. During the months of March, April and May, the Scott County Public Library and the UK/Scott County Cooperative Extension Horticulture Program is offering a selection of free flower and vegetable seeds. Located at the Information Desk, patrons may select up to 10 seed packets per household. No library card required.
