A Novel Idea Book Discussion. Join us the first Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. for this casual book discussion where we read a mixture of everything and talk about the books we love. No registration required. 

Tonight we will be discussing The Moonlight School by Suzanne Woods Fisher.  Haunted by the disappearance of her sister, Lucy Wilson is sent into rural Rowan County to act a a scribe to illiterate farmers and there discovers the depth of the need for adult education.  What happens next is a story inspired by true events that changed lives of many forever.
