Military History Group: Napoleonic Wars

Napoleon Bonaparte, French military leader and emperor who conquered much of Europe in the 19th century, left a lasting mark on much of western Europe.  The Napoleonic Wars (1803–1815) pitted France against a fluctuating array of European coalitions.  This month’s discussion will cover these conflicts, as well as the legacy of Napoleon.
