Let's All Learn About Watercolor Pencils and Chalks for Crafts.  Using "watercolor" pencils and chalks when creating beautiful paper crafts brings a new level of expertise to the project.  Learn about about these tools in this hands-on workshop for ages 16 and up.  This class is repeated July 18 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. and July 29 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.  Please register for only one.
