Boo Wow: Dog Costume Contest. Does your dog love to play dress up? Then be sure to join us for our annual Halloween costume contest for dogs at the library! Dogs should be held or restrained on a leash and current on vaccines. Registration is not required to attend but is preferred. Please register for this event and indicate to which group your pooch belongs:
2:00 p.m. - smaller dogs: 15 pounds or less
3:00 p.m. - larger dogs: Over 15 pounds.
