Beginning Knitting Part 2: The Purl Stitch. Beginning Knitting Part 2 - The Purl Stitch. Learn the basics of knitting in the beginner's class that introduces you to the other main stitch in knitting - the purl stitch. Participants must have previously taken Beginning Knitting (the knit stitch) and bring their own knitting needles for health and safety purposes (sizes 10 - 12), but individual yarn will be supplied. Registration is required as space is limited. Adults only please.
