Beginning Knitting Part 1: The Knit Stitch.  Learn the basics of knitting in this beginner's class that introduces to the ins and outs of this relaxing craft, including reading a pattern, choosing yarn and needles, and the basics of knitting itself including casting on, binding off, and the knit stitch itself.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own needles (sizes 8 - 11 are best) but yarn will be provided along with needles to use in class for those who do not have their own.  Adults only please
